Diversity & Inclusion

At the Village Temple we celebrate our diversity and strive to be an inclusive and welcoming congregation. Our doors are open to all who choose to worship with us - adults, children, individuals, couples, families, gay, lesbian and straight, multi-racial families, Jews by birth and by choice and non-Jewish partners and spouses. As a community of worship, we are one family - bound together powerfully when we join our voices every week in prayer and song.

Our teachers in the Religious School are provided with staff development to ensure that diversity is handled respectfully and appropriately throughout the Religious School curriculum. We also strive to offer programming that is reflective of our diversity.
